How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free shipping to various countries and regions from different warehouses with processing times ranging from 3-5 business days and delivery times varying from 5-10 business days. Some products may have longer processing times.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Will My Parcel Be Charged Custom Duties and Taxes?

All taxes and Customs fees will already be paid. You pay only what you pay at checkout.

What If I Change My Mind and Don't Want to Accept Parcel?

If you do not accept or sign for the package when it arrives at your address, we will return the package to one of our warehouses. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
